Direct services and play-based assessment team

Inclusion and self-contained programs
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week typical)
Setting: Onsite Only
Student Caseload: Maximum of 60 students per position; students in self-contained programs are weighted
Pay Range: $45.00 $55.00 per hour (adjust if needed)
Typical Job Duties

Provide individualized speech and language therapy to students with IEPs

Develop and implement therapy plans to support communication goals

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to enhance student outcomes

Monitor student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities

Create a supportive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
